Customer Authorised Representative (Third Party) who have obtained the customer consent can request for a customer’s meter data by following the below steps;
When will I get my meter data?
It usually takes between 10-20 business days depending on how many properties you’re asking for meter data for. If you’re requesting data for a number of sites, it will take longer as each site is treated as a single request. Below are estimated timeframes for how long it’ll take to get your meter data summaries to you:
10 business days
|2 -100 Sites:
20 business days
|More than 100 Sites:|
